We are very selective in placing our puppies. Prospective buyers are thoroughly screened before being approved for a puppy. What does this mean to you?? Be prepared for many questions and sometimes a waiting list. If this is the type of labrador you want in your home, then we feel it is simply worth the wait. You will find similar circumstances with any truly reputable breeder. We spend a lot of time before, during and after a puppy purchase with the owners-to-be. We do place our companion puppies on limited AKC registration and we will unconditionally take back any puppy we've bred at any time for any (or no) reason. Daisy delivered a lovely litter of 8 red and dark yellow puppies (4 boys and 4 girls) on May 17, 2010. The sire of the litter is Rudy, this litter is a repeat breeding of some of the prettiest reds we have ever had here at Penara. We are taking deposits for these little ones, they will be available mid-July.
